 Properties:

C-100A & B,two component platinum addition type cross linking agent, The vulcanized products can be passed FDA , also with non-toxic, odourless, high transparent, well anti-yellowing and other properties. It would be better to vulcanized again by low molecular weight requested.

 

Application:

Good for both compression molding and extrusion forming. This agent are mainly applied to Food Grade and Medical Grade products, such as nipples, cake mold, silicone cookwares, ice mold, table mat, medical silicone tube and so on, also can be used for mobile phone keypad.

 

Component:

A: Platinum catalyst                 B: Organosilicon polymer

C: Silicone cross-linking agent       D: Vulcanization retarders

Method of Application:

Type one: Extrusion or Injection Process

1. For High Tear Strength Silicone Materials (filled with gaseous phase white carbon black)

Application ratio:

       C-100B                         2.0~2.5%

C-100A                         0.5~0.6%

 

Curing condition: IR(6meters),constant temperature ±5°C.

First curing: IR curing at 190~200°C for 40~60.

Finished curing: After first curing, it should be cured again as below conditions.

 

Curing temperature	155~165°C	165~175°C	Over 175°C
Curing time	3~5minutes	3minutes	2minutes

 

 

2. For Normal Silicone Material

 

Application ratio:

C-100B                             1.5~2.0%

C-100A                             0.5~0.6%

Curing condition:IR(6meters),constant temperature ±5°C.

First curing: IR(Infrared Radiation) curing at 190~200°C for 40~60 seconds.

Finished curing:After first curing, it should be cured again as below conditions.

 

Curing temperature	80~90°C	95~110°C	115~135°C
Curing time	7 minutes	5 minutes	4 minutes

 

Type two: Molding Process

Application ratio:

C-100B                               1.0~1.5%

C-100A                              0.5%

Curing temperature: 115~135°C(200~300seconds)

Curing time:Can be adjusted with the thickness and type of the silicone products

 

Shelf Life:

     6 months at room temperature .

In our factory, every piece and bottle are 100% inspected before packing. Every batch of products had corresponding production numbers, once there will be a complain, we could response and check it immediately. Every piece and bottle are checked by our QC. Definitely speaking, once complain comes out, we handle like these:
1). We request you offer goods dispatch you receive, and other proofs, like goods picture etc;
2). Cfm receipt your goods dispatch, then will compare with our counter samples recorded from our production dept. FYI: we will mark every cartons in numbers.
3). Cfm the quality the same or not, then adv you reasons.
4). Offer complains solutions:
a. Supplement extra quantity goods in free by sea shipment in your half cost or in next order;
